We come to your home or office, clean it to your highest of expectations, and floor you with our surprisingly affordable rates. You won’t be disappointed.

We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and one-time cleaning schedules.
During our visit, we will carefully clean your home, paying special attention to bathrooms and kitchens, floors and dusting. We vacuum, polish, and scrub our way through your house until everything is cleaned just the way you like it.

Special Requests
Our scheduled cleanings are very thorough, but we are open to creating a customized plan for you. Call and discuss your needs prior to your scheduled cleaning and we can adjust for the additional time.

Exclusions
Due to safety concerns we can only stand on a two-step ladder and lift items that weigh less than 35lbs.

Policies
Cancellation
If you need to cancel or skip a scheduled cleaning, please contact us two business days before the scheduled cleaning. This gives us time to move appointments and schedule staff. If we receive less than the required notice, or cannot access your home, you will charged the full cleaning price.
If you wish to terminate your Broom Riders service, please call us at 204-782-8863 to make arrangements.

Payment
Broom Riders accepts cash, cheque, or e-transfer only.
Payment is required at time of service. A $25.00 fee is applied to all NSF cheques.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds; however, we want you to be 100% satisfied. Please see our 24-hour guarantee if you are dissatisfied with your cleaning.

Tipping
Broom Riders never requires tipping, but it is a powerful way to say thank you to your cleaning staff. Appreciation need not be monetary. Even personal notes expressing your appreciation mean the world to us!

Breakage and Loss Policy
Broom Riders is fully bonded and insured. Our liability limits are set at a maximum of 10 times the cost of the service charge on the day in which the breakage/loss occurred. Notification must be made within 48 hours of service.
