It’s time to hitch a ride with Broomriders! We will come to your home, clean it to your highest of expectations, and floor you with our surprisingly affordable rates. You won’t be disappointed. 

We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and one-time cleaning schedules. During our visit, we will carefully clean your home, paying special attention to bathrooms and kitchens, floors and dusting. We vacuum, polish, and scrub our way through your house until everything is cleaned just the way you like it.

Our Guarantee

We are so confident in our service, we guarantee it. If you are not satisfied with a certain area of your home, simply call us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area for free.

Special Requests

Our scheduled cleanings are very thorough, but we are open to creating a customized plan for you. Just call me before your scheduled cleaning and I will adjust for the additional time.

Exclusions

Due to safety concerns we can only stand on a two-step ladder and lift items that weigh less than 35lbs.

Policies

Cancellation

If you need to cancel or skip a scheduled cleaning, please contact me 2 business days before the cleaning. This gives me time to move appointments around and schedule staff. If I receive less than the required notice, or cannot access your home, I will have to charge you the full cleaning price. 

If for some reason you wish to terminate your Broomriders service, please call me to make arrangements.

Payment and Refund

Broomriders accepts Visa, MasterCard, cash or cheque. 

Payment is required at time of service. A $25.00 fee is applied to all NSF cheques.

Refunds 
Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds; however, I want you to be 100% satisfied. Please see our 24-hour guarantee if you are dissatisfied with your cleaning. 

Tipping 
Broomriders never requires tipping, but it is a powerful way to say thank you to your cleaning staff. Appreciation need not be monetary. Even personal notes expressing your appreciation mean the world to us!

Breakage and Loss Policy

Broomriders is fully bonded and insured. Our liability limits are set at a maximum of 10 times the cost of the service charge on the day in which the breakage/loss occurred. Notification must be made within 48 hours of service.
